We are looking for an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting cycle counts, and investigating discrepancies. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and accuracy of our entire logistics operation. You will utilize WMS (Warehouse Management System) software to track inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and identify slow-moving or obsolete items. Safety is a top priority, and you will ensure that all inventory storage and handling procedures comply with Safety regulations. The use of appropriate PPE is required, especially when working with potentially hazardous materials or in high-traffic areas. This role may involve some Lifting of inventory items, typically up to 30 lbs. You will collaborate with receiving, shipping, and operations teams to ensure seamless inventory flow. This position requires a keen analytical mind, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of inventory management principles. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential.
