Are you a proven leader with a passion for warehouse operations? We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for our facility in Huntsville, Alabama. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage a team of warehouse associates, and ensure all operational goals are met. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, performance management, and maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency. You will also be instrumental in implementing and enforcing safety procedures, ensuring the correct use of PPE, and conducting regular safety audits. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse logistics, inventory management, and supply chain principles. The ideal candidate will have experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and a proven ability to motivate and develop a team. While supervisory experience is preferred, we are open to candidates with strong leadership potential and extensive warehouse experience. Your commitment to safety and operational excellence will be key to your success in this vital logistics position. The ability to manage tasks involving lifting up to 50 pounds will be necessary for occasional support.
