Join our fast-paced team in Las Vegas as a Picker/Packer! You will play a vital role in accurately fulfilling customer orders by picking items and preparing them for shipment. This position is key to our efficient logistics operations and requires speed, accuracy, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. You'll be working with a variety of products and using warehouse technology to ensure precision.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order sheets or scanner prompts.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order accuracy before packaging.
- Stage completed orders for loading onto delivery trucks.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
- Properly use all required PPE , including safety shoes and gloves.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as needed to support logistics .
- Follow correct lifting techniques to prevent injury while handling packages.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking and packing is a plus.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to following safety protocols and using PPE .
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics .
