We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic logistics team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be instrumental in the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the seamless flow of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving, unpacking, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Safely unload trucks and transport materials to designated storage areas using appropriate equipment.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling, staging, and loading onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and housekeeping standards.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and PPE usage.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and targets.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse experience is a plus. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic math skills. Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety vests and steel-toed boots. Understanding of basic logistics principles. Commitment to workplace safety.
