Our bustling logistics facility in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking an additional dedicated Warehouse Worker. This role is essential for ensuring the seamless flow of goods through our distribution network. As a Warehouse Worker, your duties will encompass a broad spectrum of warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping orders. We maintain a rigorous commitment to Safety, and all employees are expected to uphold these standards. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, possess excellent organizational skills, and be eager to contribute to our team-oriented environment. This position offers a significant opportunity for professional growth in the logistics industry. Proper use of PPE is non-negotiable.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and meticulously inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and any signs of damage.
- Properly stock received goods into designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications and timelines.
- Prepare outbound shipments with proper labeling and necessary documentation.
- Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Conduct periodic inventory checks and participate in cycle count processes.
- Maintain a consistently clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Immediately report any observed safety hazards or operational inefficiencies to management.
- Provide support to other warehouse functions and colleagues to optimize overall logistics performance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is highly desirable.
- Must be able to perform consistent Lifting of up to 60 pounds.
- Proficiency operating common warehouse machinery.
- Thorough understanding of warehouse Safety regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Ability to excel both independently and as a valued member of a team.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a strong commitment to work are essential.
