As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping products. A strong commitment to safety is essential, and you will be required to adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE . The position requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform regular lifting of items up to 50 pounds and prolonged periods of standing and walking. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming merchandise.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational targets.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the fulfillment center.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center is highly preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to comply with all safety regulations and wear required PPE .
- Basic understanding of logistics principles is a plus.
