Responsibilities:
- Receive, check, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
- Move and organize products within the warehouse using manual equipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments for transit.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and work areas.
- Strictly adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory control tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles as needed.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the logistics chain.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks.
- An understanding of basic logistics principles is advantageous.
