Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Identify and report damaged or expired stock.
  • Assist in the efficient flow of goods through the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and the correct use of PPE.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to inventory management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to interpret inventory data and generate reports.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
  • Ability to perform some lifting tasks as required.
  • Experience in logistics is highly valued.
