Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify product information and quantities against order details.
- Package items securely and appropriately for various shipping methods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, such as stocking or cycle counting.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment and safety procedures.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
