We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Worker for our facility in San Diego, California. This is a versatile role with responsibilities spanning various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will be instrumental in maintaining an organized and efficient workspace, contributing to the seamless flow of goods within our logistics hub. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Safety is our utmost priority; therefore, all associates are required to strictly follow safety procedures and utilize appropriate PPE. This position requires consistent standing, walking, and the ability to handle frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. We are seeking individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience in a warehouse environment is a plus, and we provide training to equip you for success. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly and that our customers receive their orders promptly and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare goods for shipment and assist with loading trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Support overall logistics and operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting and prolonged standing.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
