We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our growing team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our daily Logistics operations, ensuring that our products are handled efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. This position requires physical stamina, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process warehouse stock products.
- Pick and fill orders from stock.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipping.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks.
- Assist in maintaining the flow of Logistics .
- Utilize all required PPE .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Proficiency in Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Commitment to workplace Safety .
- Must wear assigned PPE .
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures is a plus.
- Experience in Logistics is beneficial.
