This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our warehouse and requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving inventory-related issues. You will work closely with receiving, shipping, and operations departments to ensure seamless product flow. Your responsibilities will include conducting cycle counts, performing physical inventory audits, investigating stock variances, and implementing process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy. Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail are essential. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a significant plus. We prioritize a safe working environment and expect all employees to adhere to strict safety protocols. This position involves regular lifting of up to 25 lbs and requires wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
