In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your primary duties will include tracking stock levels, conducting regular inventory counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring all inventory movements are recorded accurately within our system. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of warehouse logistics. Responsibilities:
- Perform cycle counts and regular physical inventory audits.
- Record inventory levels, movements, and discrepancies accurately in the inventory management system.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Receive, identify, and tag incoming inventory.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse stockroom to ensure easy access and efficient flow.
- Generate inventory reports for management.
- Monitor stock levels and report on low stock items.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with receiving and shipping operations as needed.
- Handle lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain principles.
- Awareness of safety best practices in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
