We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our distribution center. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to Safety are essential for success in this position. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against purchase orders.
- Stock received goods in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Prepare shipments for transit, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Follow all Lifting safety protocols and techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational targets.
- Report any issues with inventory, equipment, or Safety hazards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of basic Safety practices in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Commitment to following all Lifting guidelines.
