Job Summary:
We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate for our facility in the bustling city of Los Angeles, California. This position is integral to our daily operations, supporting the seamless flow of goods within our logistics network. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. A strong commitment to Safety and efficiency is paramount. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, and store).
  • Prepare and stage orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely (training provided).
  • Conduct inventory checks and participate in cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, following all safety protocols.
  • Ensure all outgoing shipments meet company and customer standards.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking and record-keeping.
  • Comply with all workplace Safety regulations, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Adhere strictly to all Lifting policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to team efforts and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Identify and report any operational issues or hazards.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
  • Must be able to perform physical labor, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse Safety best practices.
  • Familiarity with Logistics operations and inventory control.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
