Job Summary:
We are actively recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is vital to the successful execution of our Logistics operations, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and accurately throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be a reliable and self-motivated individual with a strong commitment to Safety and attention to detail. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting incoming goods, accurately picking and packing orders for shipment, managing inventory through cycle counts and system updates, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of our inventory and the timely dispatch of customer orders. The ability to perform moderate to heavy Lifting is a requirement, as you will be handling a variety of products and materials. All employees are expected to adhere to stringent Safety standards and consistently use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and update records.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all Safety regulations and procedures.
  • Wear and use required PPE at all times.
  • Perform duties involving regular Lifting of inventory items.
  • Support the Logistics team in all warehouse activities.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely (certification a plus).
