Responsibilities
Build innovative AI‑driven applications: design, develop, and deploy AI‑powered solutions that solve complex business problems, integrating Dataiku’s backend AI capabilities with user‑centric front‑end interfaces.
Collaborate with data scientists, industry specialists, and solutions engineers to define requirements and deliver state‑of‑the‑art applications that meet customer needs across finance, manufacturing, and life sciences.
Empower business users: create applications that allow expert users to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights quickly and intuitively.
Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of applications—from PoC to production—ensuring continuous improvement, scalability and reliability.
Work closely with core teams to produce high‑quality, reusable components and share best practices, helping data scientists and business users build solutions end‑to‑end.
Mentor new team members, participate in interviews, and contribute to onboarding and team growth.
Qualifications
Full‑stack development experience: proven track record of taking an app from PoC to production and proficiency across the stack, including UI, API and infrastructure.
Front‑end skills: strong command of modern reactive frameworks such as Vue.js (preferred), React or Angular.
Back‑end skills: solid experience with Python (FastAPI, Flask, etc.) and RESTful API design; willingness to adapt to Dataiku’s tech stack.
Experience with data‑intensive applications: ability to design high‑performance, data‑driven solutions; familiarity with analytics products or data platforms is a plus.
Customer‑oriented mindset: focus on solving real‑world problems for customers and iterating based on feedback.
Curiosity and learning spirit: drive to learn, adapt and take on new challenges across architecture, troubleshooting and code.
Tech enthusiast passionate about AI and data‑driven applications, and excited by the potential of LLMs.
Hiring Process

Technical video interview with an Engineering Team Lead.
Take‑home assignment or live‑coding session.
Two final interviews with VPs of Engineering.
