Salary:
£27,000 (£35,000 OTE) + Benefits (23 days holiday, pension scheme, life assurance, bonus, share scheme)
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (30 min lunch)
About the Role Business & Sales Coordinator supporting commercial growth of our client portfolio.
Responsibilities
Offering in‑house manufacturing services to produce specific products for another manufacturer. Add value to customers through technical know‑how, research capabilities, and their in‑house testing expertise, giving them a high‑quality product they can be proud to put their name to.
Work with long‑term customers built on trust and partnership.
Explore new commercial opportunities with existing and new customers where this service can add value.
Manage day‑to‑day sales operations—coordinating projects, developing sales pipeline, securing processing orders, creating quotations and compliance documents, and administration of customer accounts in our CRM.
Liaise between customers and internal teams, ensuring excellent service and seamless communication.
Duties Include
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Client communication and project timeline updates.
Prepare reports, forecasts and performance dashboards for management.
Liaise with cross‑functional teams (technical, marketing, production) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Office‑based position with occasional travel for customer visits; a pool car may be provided.
About You
Confident and experienced commercial coordinator with similar B2B background, providing business and sales support.
Great commercial awareness, spotting opportunities while maintaining long‑term relationships.
Ownership and accountability, ensuring projects run smoothly and customers are updated frequently.
You Will Also Have
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Strong problem‑solving mindset and determination to resolve issues quickly
Enjoys working independently
