Job Summary and Key Responsibilities: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven
Sales Progressor
to manage property transactions from offer agreed through to completion. You’ll play a key role in keeping all parties informed, maintaining momentum, and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process while delivering excellent customer service.
Duties will include:
Manage a pipeline of residential sales from offer agreed to completion
Liaise regularly with buyers, sellers, solicitors, lenders, surveyors and internal teams
Proactively chase progress and resolve issues to prevent delays
Ensure all documentation is issued accurately and in a timely manner
Keep clients fully updated through clear, consistent communication
Maintain accurate records and notes on internal systems
Escalate risks or delays to management where necessary
Support exchange and completion targets with strong organisation and follow-up
Skills required:
Previous experience in sales progression, conveyancing or estate agency (preferred)
Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with multiple stakeholders
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Calm under pressure with a problem-solving mindset
Customer-focused with a professional and friendly approach
