You’ll act as the vital link between business goals and technology solutions - translating complex needs into clear, actionable user stories / requirements and ensuring the successful delivery of both functional and technical outcomes. Working across the full project lifecycle, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, shape solutions, and drive change forward.
You’ll support digital transformation initiatives by applying Agile methodologies, including both Scrum and Kanban, to manage evolving requirements and enable continuous delivery.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Analyst
Excellent skills producing detailed User Stories, translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Solid experience with data analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Excel, Tableau)
Business process analysis and reengineering skills
Good understanding of structured analysis and project management methodologies
Ability to interpret and analyse complex datasets to derive actionable insights
Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills

You will act as a key liaison between project teams, business stakeholders, and technology functions - ensuring clarity and alignment around project goals. You’ll be responsible for producing comprehensive documentation of business and technical requirements, supporting design and testing phases, and collaborating with third-party providers and development teams to ensure successful implementation. You’ll also communicate insights, progress, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders, playing a crucial role in delivery success.
The salary on offer is up to £47,000 + 7.5% on-target bonus + strong benefits package.
