Über

We are looking for a SDR Sales Manager to join Growth Markets in GTM. You will manage and coordinate the Sales Development team, reporting to the Head of Sales for Growth Markets, driving the success of our frontline lead generation efforts. This role is aligned to our Nottingham office and requires coming into the office three days a week.
Responsibilities
Strategic planning and execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, setting goals and targets aligned with the broader business for the SDR team’s success.
Team Leadership and Development:
Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives; monitor team performance; provide coaching to improve results while promoting a target‑driven sales culture; manage HR processes for underperformance or attendance.
Sales Operations and reporting:
Track sales metrics, prepare regular performance reports, forecast sales volumes, and use CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and customer data.
Collaboration and communication:
Work with marketing, product, and key stakeholders to build campaigns and schedules aligned to business requirements; provide feedback to improve product offerings and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
A solid track record of sales success with experience in both individual contributor and managerial roles.
Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a sales team to achieve target sales results.
Effective written and verbal communication for internal collaboration and client engagement.
Understanding of lead generation, pipeline management, and building a healthy sales pipeline.
Highly motivated by targets and performance outcomes.
Capable of adapting strategies based on market changes and team needs.
