Continuously test, learn, and refine—from landing page optimization and structured data to new tactics that enhance discoverability and engagement.
Demonstrate and communicate the value of SEO across the organization, translating performance data into insights that influence strategy and decision‑making.
Champion SEO best practices across the business, building awareness, influencing decisions, and ensuring search remains a core driver of growth and innovation.
Qualifications
7 to 10 years of hands‑on SEO experience within complex or global organizations, ideally in SaaS technology or multi‑market environments.
Proven track record of developing and executing strategies that deliver measurable organic growth and meaningful business outcomes.
Strong technical SEO knowledge, with experience improving site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and performance.
Skilled in keyword strategy, content optimization, and analytics, with the ability to connect SEO activity directly to commercial impact.
Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and grow SEO talent, fostering high performance, curiosity, and continuous learning within the team.
Experience working within a global matrixed structure, balancing central strategy with local market needs.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to clearly demonstrate the value of SEO and advocate for its importance across technical and non‑technical teams.
Data‑driven mindset with a strong testing orientation and comfort working across multiple analytics and SEO tools.
Naturally curious and adaptable, staying ahead of evolving search trends, AI‑driven discovery, and emerging technologies.
Self‑motivated and proactive, with the ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across teams and regions.
