What You’ll Do:
Serve as the primary technical point‑of‑contact, building strong relationships and ensuring customers succeed with CoreWeave’s cloud infrastructure.
Collaborate closely with customers to understand their business needs and design, prototype, and deploy tailored solutions.
Lead proof‑of‑concept initiatives to demonstrate the value and viability of CoreWeave’s solutions.
Act as a subject‑matter expert in meetings, presentations, and workshops, addressing all technical queries.
Work with the HPC/ML product and engineering teams to identify product enhancements and implement field‑based feedback.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to product managers, architects, and leadership.
Provide insights on product features and performance, contributing to strategy and architecture discussions.
Conduct technical reviews of customer workloads to identify optimization opportunities and recommend suitable solutions.
Stay abreast of the latest cloud computing and infrastructure trends, sharing thought leadership with customers and internal stakeholders.
Prototype and initiate R&D for emerging products, delivering prototypes and key insights.
Represent CoreWeave at conferences and industry events, traveling as needed.
Who We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a solutions architect or technical account manager in cloud or related industry.
Familiarity with large‑scale AI/ML training and inference on Slurm and Kubernetes, and integration with enterprise IT.
Expertise in NVIDIA GPUs and related technologies such as InfiniBand and NCCL.
Strong technical foundation in cloud architectures and hands‑on experience designing and implementing solutions.
Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building skills.
Creative problem‑solving and the ability to tackle complex challenges.
Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Curiosity about our offerings and a passion for advanced cloud infrastructure.
Base Salary:
£116,000 – £155,000 (location dependent). Additional compensation includes discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.
