Your new role
As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you'll lead the delivery of cutting‑edge electrical designs from concept through to completion. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance, innovation, and sustainability are at the heart of every project. Expect involvement in:
DfE‑compliant education buildings with ambitious energy targets
Ultra‑clean operating theatres supporting NHS recovery
Net‑zero carbon initiatives like the Sussex Kelp Recovery Project
High‑profile commercial and leisure developments
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in electrical building services design
Strong technical knowledge of UK regulations and standards
Ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers
Passion for sustainability and innovation
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
