Über
Primary responsibilities:
Carry out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks, including completing associated paperwork.
Perform planned preventive maintenance on HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems and generate appropriate reports.
Support additional tasks or ad‑hoc responsibilities as directed.
Maintain excellent knowledge of commercial heating systems, servicing, repairs and installations.
Diagnose and rectify faults with comprehensive technical skills; good controls and plumbing knowledge.
Operate and troubleshoot BMS systems.
Work on a flexible schedule, including out‑of‑hours call‑out rota (1 in 7).
Basic Electrical Safety Knowledge
required.
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
Comply with Health & Safety and safe working practices.
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role; have own initiative.
Preferred: experience with unvented hot water systems, 18th Edition proficiency.
