You’ll sit between engineering, delivery and the business, helping shape and deliver change across a modern, tech‑led platform that’s mid‑upgrade and taking engineering culture seriously.
What you’ll actually be doing
Assessing system and platform impact when change is proposed
Working with stakeholders to turn vague needs into clear, usable requirements
Writing and managing user stories (functional & non‑functional) that engineers actually understand
Supporting delivery teams end‑to‑end — from feasibility through to live
Bridging the gap between business users and technical teams without either losing patience
Mapping as‑is / to‑be processes where it adds value (not for the sake of diagrams)
Improving how analysis is done, not just following a template
The kind of background that fits
Strong at requirements elicitation, workshops, backlog refinement
Confident breaking down, splitting and mapping user stories
Used to juggling multiple change initiatives at once
Strong stakeholder skills — you can challenge without causing friction
Exposure to process modelling (UML / BPMN helpful, not mandatory)
