We are looking for a therapist to join the team in January 2026.
Here at Let’s Move Mountains, we strive to provide the latest techniques and interventions to our patient population. Additionally, we look to always work together with parents and children to develop goals to work towards. We value each parent and child’s opinion and view them as a valuable asset to the therapy team.
*Requirements:*
-must hold a valid VA license
-hold a valid drivers license
-must have minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pediatrics
-hold a master's degree in speech language pathology and be certified by ASHA (CCC-SLP)
*Duties:*
-Perform evaluation to determine if appropriate for intensive model
-Create treatment plan to determine appropriate length and timing of intensive model or weekly session
-Perform timely billing for each client
-Work together in team environment
-Provide education to families between sessions

*Ideal Candidate*
-Loves working with children of all ages
-Experience with neurological pediatric population
-Comfortable with positioning needs of children
-Comfortability with AAC devices as well as feeding
-Interest in working within a smaller team environment
-Interested and familiar with intensive therapy based concept
-Be familiar with standardized tests appropriate to use within neurological population
-Interested in becoming part of a company that is looking to grow and develop with an already established patient population
-Shows initiative to create opportunities for self growth and company growth
-Interested in further training in areas such as PROMPT or Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (OMT)
