We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. *Duties*
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing issues
* Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
* Deliver engaging speech therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques and therapeutic activities
* Educate patients and their families on communication strategies, exercises, and home practice routines
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with healthcare standards
*Skills*
* Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques
* Excellent patient assessment skills to accurately diagnose communication disorders
* Deep understanding of physiology and anatomy related to speech and swallowing functions
* Ability to communicate complex medical terminology clearly to patients and families
* Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on building trust and motivation
* Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33.00 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
