We are looking for a Business Analyst to come and work on an exciting new opportunity we have. We are looking for young and experienced professionals who are passionate about agile ways of working using your experience to better the services. The candidate will need to be able to work closely with developers project managers and technical leads to define the scope of projects, elicit requirements and manage upcoming work.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrable experience in working in Agile Delivery teams adopting agile tools
Demonstrable experience of working as a BA investigating assimilating and analysing different needs, constraints and problems. Able to document the outcomes in simple easy to understand language.
Experience working in the Public Sector
Knowledge of GDS or DSSS is desirable but not essential
Demonstrable experience in showcasing analytical skills including communication, stakeholder management and organisation.
Experience in process modelling and customer journey mapping and assisting user testing.
Experience of working with both business and technical stakeholders to develop key operating procedures.
Experience of working with various tools and technologies such as Confluence for documentation and JIRA for building tickets and user stories.
Understanding of Service Maps and targeting operating models to align your outputs and outcomes with them
Qualifications
2 years of practical experience as a Business Analyst
Have worked in the Public Sector
Technical experience welcomed but not essential.
Security clearance preferred or eligible to gain
