Location:
St Asaph Business Park
Hours & days of work:
37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 08:00am–19:00pm. Part‑time roles are also considered and may include a rota on Saturdays.
Salary:
£24,003 per annum + incentives
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively as a team to ensure all KPI’s and targets are met.
Communicate with existing and cancelled customers in an omni‑channel contact center environment, including inbound and outbound calls, emails and webchat.
Ensure campaign and productivity targets are met by owning personal performance.
Practice and promote ethical selling.
Use objection handling and negotiation skills to up‑sell additional products and help customers achieve a wonderful looking lawn.
Become a subject‑matter expert.
Place the customer at the center of everything you do.
Support company growth by providing a first‑class new customer journey, identifying opportunities, and introducing customers to our products and services.
Promote and implement Direct Debit schemes.
Act as an Ambassador for GreenThumb when representing and promoting the company.
Handle all calls professionally, promptly and courteously.
Maintain accurate records in the GreenThumb database, making clear and concise notes in required fields.
Provide accurate feedback on campaign trends.
Always adhere to GreenThumb policies and procedures.
Communicate and liaise effectively with all departments to ensure a customer‑centric approach.
Carry out any other duties that may be considered relevant to the position within the terms of your contract of employment.
Qualifications
Good written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
A flexible and proactive approach to work.
Excellent telephone skills.
Customer service experience.
Experience working in a target‑driven environment.
Sales experience.
Knowledge of handling and resolving customer complaints.
Proven track record of achieving KPI’s and targets.
