Retail Sales Advisor
– 16 hours per week – Glasgow Fort

The Retail Sales Advisor Role
Work within Warren James policies, procedures, and processes, helping to look after the shop and customers to maximise sales.
Create a welcoming environment and deliver one‑to‑one customer experiences.
Support visual jewellery displays and daily shop operations.
Develop and maintain a good knowledge of our jewellery.
Set a good example in everything you do.
Essential Requirements
Display a genuine passion for jewellery and customer service.
Maintain a smart, well‑groomed appearance that reflects our brand.
Work independently and show initiative.
Collaborate effectively with teammates and follow management instructions.
Pay attention to detail in all tasks.
Jewellery knowledge is not required – training is provided.

Full and part‑time contracts.
28 days holiday a year (33 days after five years). Includes 8 bank holidays for part‑time (pro‑rata).
