About You You are a proven people manager who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment. Commercially sharp and passionate about sustainable solutions, you know how to get the best from a sales team while building strong partnerships with customers.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales
B2B sales experience, ideally in equipment rental, waste management or utilities.
Demonstrated experience in leading and coaching sales teams , with a history of developing people and driving results.
Strong communicato r who builds trust quickly with public and private sector clients
Organised, self‑motivated and confident using CRM tools and reporting software
Full
UK driving licence
and willingness to travel across the Midlands
