Role Overview Clear, credible copy is central to how we show up. We’re looking for a mid-level Copywriter and Content Coordinator to deliver high-quality copy across the Hello Klean ecosystem.
You’ll be responsible for writing brand and commercial copy — from email and e-commerce to press releases and event invites — while coordinating delivery across teams to ensure copy lands on time and on brief. You’ll play a key role in maintaining clarity, consistency, and tone across all channels, working closely with the International Marketing Lead, with regular feedback and guidance.
Most weeks, you’ll be balancing planned campaigns and projects with reactive brand and commercial copy.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked in-house at a brand and is comfortable switching between commercial, editorial, and operational copy.
Key Responsibilities Copywriting
Write and coordinate copy across all major brand touchpoints, including:
Email campaigns and lifecycle flows.
Website and e-commerce (PDPs, landing pages, banners).
Press releases and influencer invites.
Paid ad and social support.
Product packaging and guides.
Translate complex product science into clear, engaging, consumer-friendly language.
Adapt tone and structure depending on channel, market, and intent (brand vs conversion).
Copy Coordination & Content Flow
Coordinate copy across teams (marketing, e-commerce, design), ensuring content is delivered clearly and on time across channels.
Ensure content calendars are executed on time and are proactively updated.
Maintain consistency in tone of voice, terminology, and claims across all outputs.
Support localisation by adapting copy for different regions and markets when required.
Work closely with design to ensure copy and layouts work together.
Incorporate feedback efficiently while protecting clarity and brand voice.
What We’re Looking For
Brand experience:
3–5 years’ experience in a copywriting or content role, ideally in-house at a consumer brand (beauty, wellness, fashion, or lifestyle preferred).
Diverse writing style:
Strong experience writing across multiple formats, especially email, e-commerce, and brand communications. You understand the nuances of writing for different platforms.
Highly organised and collaborative:
Able to manage multiple pieces of content at once, and confident collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
What We’re Not Looking For
Writers whose experience is primarily editorial or long-form, or who are used to creating copy in isolation.
Copywriters who require highly detailed, prescriptive briefs to get started. This role suits someone with enough brand experience to instinctively understand tone, structure, and intent.
