Lead design from sprint‑horizon concepts to prototypes and final wireframes.
Communicate designs to collaborators, balancing conflicting feedback within design decisions.
Organise and run customer journey workshops, creating service maps, journeys, concepts, layouts and screens.
Develop high‑quality visual and interactive proof of concepts for internal and external stakeholders.
Advocate for customer‑centred, context‑aware, responsive web design and platform‑specific design as a competitive advantage.
Support the team in executing UX workshops for other organisational teams.

What We’re Looking For
Motivated, curious, creative self‑starter with a strong collaborative nature.
Comfortable defending concepts and negotiating compromises between multiple stakeholders.
Detailed knowledge of user‑centred design principles.
Expertise delivering service‑design customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design screens from mobile to desktop.
Skill in blending qualitative and quantitative data into design decisions.
Flamboyance (or quiet confidence) working with Figma.
Ability to work with development teams within technological constraints.
Clear verbal and written communication to articulate ideas.
Bachelor’s degree in Service Design, Interaction Design, Information Design, Product Design or equivalent professional experience.
Additional Skills We’d Love to Hear About
