Estate Agency Sales Manager
required to oversee branch residential sales activity: carrying out valuations, managing chains, progressing transactions, and leading a small but effective team to deliver consistent results.
This role is suited to an established property
Sales Manager
with a strong background in residential estate agency and a hands‑on approach to valuations, sales progression, and team management.
Working with a small team, you will take responsibility for the full sales process, from instruction through to completion, while maintaining high professional and service standards. No driving licence or car.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
Carrying out residential sales valuations and winning instructions
Listing properties and overseeing marketing activity
Managing sales transactions from offer through to completion
Chain checking and proactive sales progression
Leading, supporting, and managing a small sales team
Monitoring performance and maintaining agreed targets
Liaising with solicitors, buyers, sellers, and other agents
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practice
Maintaining accurate records and reporting
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential estate agency
Proven experience at Sales Manager or Senior Negotiator level
Strong valuation and instruction‑winning background
Excellent understanding of sales progression and chain management
Confident managing and supporting a small team
Professional, organised, and commercially aware
Strong communication and negotiation skills
No driving licence or car required
