Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Distribution Center Associate to join our growing team in San Antonio, Texas. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of our logistics operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Accuracy, speed, and a commitment to safety are paramount in this role. You will work within a fast-paced environment, contributing to the timely delivery of products to our customers. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Adherence to all safety protocols and the proper use of PPE are mandatory to ensure a secure workplace.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Stock products in designated warehouse locations accurately.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with high attention to detail.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and logistics.
  • Contribute to meeting daily shipping and receiving targets.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety glasses and gloves.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
