- Verifying outgoing orders against packing slips and customer requirements.
- Scheduling pickups with various shipping carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, LTL).
- Communicating with carriers to resolve any shipping-related issues.
- Maintaining organized and up-to-date shipping logs and records.
- Tracking shipments and providing updates to internal teams or customers as needed.
- Ensuring all packages are properly labeled and prepared for dispatch.
- Assisting with receiving duties when necessary.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participating in inventory cycle counts and stock verification as needed.
