Seeking a skilled Material Handler in the vibrant metropolis of Los Angeles, California! Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Load and unload trucks, transferring materials as directed.
- Move, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Assist with receiving and shipping processes.
- Conduct daily inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience operating various types of material handling equipment.
- Valid forklift certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 60 pounds.
- Must be able to wear and use required PPE.
