We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our distribution center by performing various tasks, including receiving and unpacking goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring that all items are stored correctly and accessible. A key aspect of this position is adhering to all company safety guidelines and utilizing the provided PPE to prevent accidents and injuries. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to perform frequent lifting of items. Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stage products for outgoing shipments.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all warehouse areas.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE .
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Support the overall logistics flow of the warehouse.
- Perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Commitment to workplace safety and correct use of PPE .
- Basic understanding of logistics operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable and punctual.
