Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Store inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of all goods.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all Safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory control tasks, such as cycle counting.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including packaging and labeling.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar labor role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and Logistics principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all procedures.
