We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic team in Nashville, Tennessee. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Responsibilities include performing regular cycle counts, conducting physical inventories, and investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies. You will work closely with warehouse operations to implement best practices in inventory management and utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track stock movements. Maintaining accurate inventory data is crucial for efficient logistics planning and operations. Safety is a top priority; you will ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE. While this role is primarily analytical, occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds may be necessary. If you have a strong aptitude for numbers, excellent problem-solving skills, and a background in inventory control or a related logistics field, we encourage you to apply.
