We are looking for a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our New York City operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire fulfillment process, from receiving and stocking inventory to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This is a dynamic position critical to our logistics network, requiring efficiency, accuracy, and a strong commitment to workplace safety . You will be an integral part of ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack items securely and ensure proper labeling for shipment.
- Prepare orders for shipping carriers, coordinating with the shipping department.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE .
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Support overall warehouse logistics by performing various tasks as assigned.
- Follow established guidelines for lifting and material handling to prevent injuries.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety standards and wear appropriate PPE .
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
