Join our Austin, Texas team as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for individuals to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including receiving and inspecting goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. This role is fundamental to our logistics chain, ensuring products reach their destination safely and on time. We emphasize a strong commitment to safety and a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to order sheets and quality standards.
- Prepare products for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and stock rotation.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse functions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Previous warehouse experience is a plus. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be safety-oriented and committed to following all safety protocols. Understanding of basic logistics and inventory principles. Familiarity with warehouse equipment and the importance of PPE. Good communication and teamwork skills.
