Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our busy team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, focusing on maintaining the smooth functioning of our warehouse and contributing to our overall Logistics network. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to Safety are essential. You will work closely with other team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse activities. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically fit, and eager to contribute to a positive and productive work environment. We emphasize adherence to all company policies and procedures, especially those concerning the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Responsibilities:
  • Receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, and inspecting for damage.
  • Storing inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
  • Accurately picking and packing orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
  • Preparing shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
  • Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified and trained).
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Participating in inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Adhering to all Safety regulations and company guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Assisting with Loading and unloading of trucks.
  • Supporting team members and contributing to overall warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform manual labor, including regular Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse management systems.
  • Knowledge of Safety procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
  • Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
  • Proficiency in using handheld scanners.
