We have an immediate opening for a skilled Forklift Operator in our dynamic Raleigh, North Carolina warehouse. If you are a certified forklift driver with a keen eye for Safety and efficiency, we want to hear from you! This role is crucial to our logistics operations, ensuring that goods are moved, stored, and retrieved accurately and promptly. You will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts to transport materials within the facility, load and unload trucks, and assist with inventory management tasks. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of materials. Adherence to all safety protocols and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is paramount to your success and the well-being of our team. You will work closely with warehouse supervisors and other team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet production targets. A proven track record of safe forklift operation and a solid understanding of warehouse procedures are required. We are committed to providing a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to move and stack products.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse.
- Conduct daily inspections of forklift equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of material movement.
- Follow all warehouse safety rules and regulations.
- Wear designated PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
