Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists and scanner data.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items and quantities.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into shipping containers.
- Apply shipping labels and necessary documentation to packages.
- Stage packed orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse roles is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product codes.
- Proficiency with hand-held scanners and basic computer skills.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to wear required PPE , such as safety vests and gloves.
- A cooperative attitude and ability to work well in a team setting within the logistics framework.
