Safety is our top priority, and all team members are required to adhere to strict safety guidelines and utilize provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves considerable physical activity, including frequent lifting, moving, and carrying of items, so a good level of stamina and strength is necessary. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Sort, place, and retrieve products from warehouse shelves and designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other manual equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is an asset but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic safety principles and the importance of PPE.
- Good spatial awareness and manual dexterity.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks within the warehouse.
- Familiarity with the logistics industry is a plus.
