We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our vibrant logistics team in Miami, Florida! This role is central to our operations, ensuring that products are processed, prepared, and dispatched efficiently and accurately. Key responsibilities include picking items from shelves, packing them securely, labeling shipments, and preparing orders for transportation. You will also assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed. A high level of organization, accuracy, and efficiency is required to meet our demanding pace. You will work collaboratively with your team to achieve daily shipping goals and maintain a safe and orderly warehouse environment. Strict adherence to safety regulations and the consistent use of appropriate PPE are mandatory. This position involves regular lifting, with the expectation of being able to lift up to 50 lbs. We are looking for proactive, adaptable individuals with a strong work ethic. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is advantageous, but we provide comprehensive training.
