Join our vibrant team as a Picker/Packer in our bustling warehouse located in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is fundamental to our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customers receive their products accurately and in perfect condition. You will be responsible for accurately picking items from inventory shelves based on order specifications and carefully packing them for shipment. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work at a brisk pace. You will be expected to meet productivity targets while maintaining high standards of quality. Daily tasks include using a handheld scanner, locating products, verifying quantities, assembling protective packaging, and labeling packages for dispatch. Safety is our top priority, and all employees are required to wear appropriate PPE and follow established safety procedures. We offer comprehensive training to ensure you are equipped for success in this logistics-focused role. Opportunities for overtime may be available. The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, and capable of performing tasks that involve regular lifting and standing for extended periods.
