We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This position is critical to the smooth operation of our distribution center, involving a variety of tasks related to material handling, order fulfillment, and general warehouse upkeep. You will be responsible for receiving goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and ensuring the overall organization and cleanliness of the facility. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, and all employees are required to adhere to strict safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE. If you are a team player with a strong work ethic and enjoy a physically active role in the logistics industry, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders based on customer requirements.
- Operate material handling equipment like pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and the proper use of PPE.
- Load and prepare shipments for outgoing transport.
- Perform lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse procedures.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Commitment to safety and the use of PPE.
